No matter what the people inside the airport tell you, they are not there to help you. Go outside!
As far as our actual experience, once we located our company, we were able to check in pretty quick. We waited maybe 10-15 min for our driver, and then he brought us to our hotel in Tulum. The drive took around 2 hours.

The staff was exactly were they said they would be when my flight came in, and the wait time for the shuttle was less than 15 min. The customer service was amazing every time I come to Cancun/Tulum I will most definitely use them. Thanks to the staff for making the beginning of my experience a easy transition!

Would recommend 10/10! The company that did our transfer was eTransfers in Cancun and our transfer was to Tulum. They have a WhatsApp contact that is very communicative. The day we departed, our flight was delayed so I sent them a quick message and they immediately acknowledged. Upon arrival, they sent a message letting me know their company rep was waiting and where. Salvador was the rep and was so kind. Our driver, Ricardo, was absolutely the best. We asked him if he wouldn’t mind stopping by a gas station so we can buy bottled water before getting to our airbnb and he didn’t hesitate to say yes. The communication was just as excellent for our pickup to go back home. Driver Dennis was punctual and we arrived with plenty of time to the airport. Our arrival flight got there at 12:30am and we arrived in tulum around 2:30am. Our return flight departed at 7am and we were picked up at 3am. Not once did we feel unsafe. If we are ever back in the Cancun area, I would not hesitate to book with the company!

Overall it was a good experience, but they were disorganized. We arrived in Cancun expecting to have transportation ready (since we gave all flight information and confirmations). Instead, we showed up and had to wait 25 minutes for a car to come because they "didn't have record of our arrival" and I had to prove my payment/verification several times. Apart from that, it was nice to have transportation back to the airport and they were accommodating when we had to change the pickup a few times.

The driver was a man and he was polite at first. He arrived on time, put our luggages in the van, and he drove us to the airport within a timely manner. Once we arrived to our terminal he took our luggage out of the van. Then he became rude he demanded a tip but I ran out of cash. I asked if I can send him money. He got upset walked away and said why can’t you tip then he pulled off.

Shuttle took 45 minutes to arrive after it was called- shuttle liaison was lovely and the issues out of his control. Nonetheless they were scrambling and had to get a new shuttle driver in the end after 25 minutes of waiting for the first. The supervisor was rude and said that “sometimes you wait 30 minutes and it is what it is”. Once we were in the car the drive was smooth and safe.

Booked a taxi pickup at Cancun after a long flight. Had to wait over an hour after the first driver declared himself too tired to drive me. Be prepared, if you use this service,to wait a very long time before you are safely driven to your destination. The poor rating is for the wait time and lack of preparedness from the Viator operatives.
