Such a beautiful place, this tour is a must have to get lots of extra information. We had tour guide Christina, she was brilliant! She gave us lots of information, and she made interesting. You could definitely tell she was passionate about what she was talking about, and she made the whole tour very fun and entertaining.

Try to catch the morning tour so that you the option to venture on your own in the Vatican . The guided tour moves fast but at a comfortable paced . Too much to cover before the place closes . Loved it. Our guide was great !

(Feb 2020). We were originally signed up for a more extensive tour, but a papal audience required the tour company to offer us an alternative tour. The communication was proactive, the tour arrival was smooth and well organized. The tour route was very good- we entered through the professional tour entrance, skipping the enormous line at the main entrance. We then had a session using the Vatican's big screen maps to explore the sistine chapel before our entry, then had a very well planned tour of the vatican collections. Our tourguide, Christine, was fantastic. Her knowledge of the collection and the history behind it was extensive, and she easily managed a group of 25. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Really nice tour. Our guide Gabriel, Maya tours, gave us an earpiece through which you could clearly hear how he explained things via a microphone and had an iPad to clarify the pieces even more. Good level of English and really helpful (went extra when I asked him if my wife could sit down for a minute in the Sistine Chapel). I can recommend taking a tour, especially as you don’t want to be queuing up for either the museums or the basilik (February is calm, but the queues still looked horrid from afar).

Christina gave us a great tour. Very friendly and informative. The tour was very smoothly organised and Christina convey a real sense of enthusiasm for the site. It lasted just over two hours followed by free time to explore the basilica.
