Rome Airport Arrival Transfer (FCO or CIA Airport to Rome - Any Hotel)

Driver was right where he was supposed to be, courteous and friendly. Plenty of room in the van. Scheduling was easy.

Waiting for us at the airport, just like they said. Claudio (sp?) picked us up, he was patient, was not in a hurry, drove like a respectable person and even gave us a bit of a tour on the way to our hotel. Perfect & I would highly recommend them and will use them again!

Our flight arriving 15 minutes early meant our driver was not waiting of us by a quick call to the helpline number confirmed he was on his way and he arrived shortly afterwards.

Driver was there waiting for me, helped with the luggage, and quickly found the hotel. The car was very nice, and it was as clean as could be. I.was very happy with the service.

The first leg of my connecting flight was delayed & I missed the connecting flight. As soon as I was off the plane & was rebooked, I emailed & called the number on the confirmation that stated to call in case of change in flight. I called within 2 hours of the original pickup time but was told that it was too late to “change” the pickup time & would have to pay the driver an additional 80 euros to have him wait for my delayed flight. I told him that was ridiculous & to cancel the pickup. I then received a voicemail from the driver looking for us & an email from them saying that the driver was waiting for over an hour & to call them. I then called them to let them know that I had already called in the delay & resulting cancellation. This customer service person says she can’t understand me but know that there will be no refunds since I did not let them know of the changes. I told her that I never even asked for a refund at this time & only called back since I received the call & email that made it seem like I just no showed my driver. I asked her to make this distinction & she became very agitated & just wanted to repeat that there was no refund. This was just the worst customer service I have encountered & I strongly discourage others to use their service.

We used this transfer to get from FCO airport to our hotel in Rome. The driver was waiting when we landed and we were taken straight to the hotel. It was so nice not to have to stand in the long taxi line. We would use this service again if we were in Rome.

Once existing the airport, it was easy to locate the driver who was taking me to the hotel inside the city. The extra costs were a relief, without having to operate the train ticket machine, or worry about which train to catch, or even how to get from the train station to the hotel. I was in the car at the airport and out of the car at the airport.
