We were met with our name on a placard in exactly the area promised. We were a little late related to Italian disorganization for arrivals. However, all was well as we saw our name and we left with our ride to embark on our vacation. The car was comfortable and clean. The driver was a gentleman.

Our guide was NOT at the meeting point. We looked three times. We found an information desk where a lady spoke English. She helped us call the number on our invoice. The driver said to wait there. He came a few minutes later. He had been waiting in the parking garage. Ride to hotel was fine.

Driver was waiting for us at the designated meeting point. He did not speak much English. He was kind of a crazy driver, speeding and weaving a lot, his car died twice. He also had the radio blasting. I would us the service again as the price was good and he was on time

The driver was late picking up me, my wife and daughter from the airport. I had to call the car company from the airport to see what had happened. It turned out that the driver had gone to the wrong terminal! It was annoying to have to wait so long to be picked up almost 45 minutes, but the driver was nice and the drive into Rome was pleasant enough and didn't take too long.
