We had a very bad exprience. First on arrival it was not clear were are departure was. The other companies had signs at the dock this was did not. We had a departure time of 13:00 however we left half an hour later because the 13:00 boat was full. We went to isola madre however when we want to leave it seemed the last boat was at 15:00 already. No information about this at all. After calling we were picked up. Also for the crew our tickers from viator were completely unclear.

When booking this tour, I thought I was booking a FERRY! When we arrived at the ferry we were directed to a small motor boat down a slippery bank. When I stated this was not what I booked, I was very rudely told take it or leave it. As my 3 friends and I are in our 70's and 80's and not that steady on small boats, we had to leave it. So we stood in line and got tickets for the local ferry for a fraction of the cost, and had an enjoyable day visiting the islands! However I lost my money! Beware- this is NOT a FERRY!

Vertrekpunt stond verkeerd aangegeven waardoor we bij een andere vervoerder uitkwamen, hier waren onze tickets ongeldig en de viatorlocatie was 20 minuten verder op. Uiteindelijk nieuwe kaarten gekocht bij de andere vervoerder omdat we onze vertrektijd niet meer konden halen. Intotaal €28 pp betaalt voor de boot, omdat viator zo ontzettend onduidelijke informatie gaf. Heel erg balen. Je kan beter ter plekke een kaart kopen, is nog goedkoper ook!!

het spijt ons zeer dat u moeite heeft gehad om de juiste vervoerder te vinden; heel vreemd echter, aangezien we op dezelfde dag verschillende toeristen met elektronische viator-tickets hebben vervoerd en vooral het feit dat het ontmoetingspunt (niet-geregelde openbare dienst) en de naam van het bedrijf heel goed op de voucher staan ​​vermeld. Bovendien heb je ook de noodnummers aangegeven !!!!!!!!!! Het is nog nooit voorgekomen dat klanten van viator tickets kochten van andere vervoerders die al in het bezit waren van dezelfde ..........
