Wrong Name and Long Walk with Luggage

We waited outside of the cruise terminal for 30 minutes looking for our driver - we even made a sign with our name on it hoping it would help identify us for them. While waiting we received a call asking where we were because our driver was waiting for us - Apparently he was there but had the WRONG name - it was nothing like our name and he had been standing in front of us the whole time. After several phone calls confirming who we were and that there was a mix up with our name - we went to the van. He parked at the furthest possible point and we had to walk all the way there with our luggage. Almost all of other drivers we say pick up their passengers (during our 30 min wait) drove to the passengers so they didn't have to walk with their bags. It was not very considerate considering we were traveling with at least one person who needed assistance to walk. Overall bad experience. Once we were in the van, the rest of the trip was fine and we were delivered safely to our apartment.
