Fresh pasta with cherry tomato sauce. Heaven on a plate!

Loved the market tour with samples of cheese and ham with fruit dips. Our group was a lot of fun and the chefs explained everything well and allowed enough time to complete the tiramisu, roll out and cut the pasta and a couple of group members assisted with the assembly of the two sauces. The food was absolutely delicious at the end, and lots of wine was provided if you wanted it. The recipes were emailed after the course and I've successfully recreated my Florence cooking experience at home. Thank You!

We ended up being the only two people in the class, so it was a very personal experience. The tour through the market beforehand was a nice way to start the day. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a break from churches and museums.

This was an experience for us, daughters and mom, in Florence. Tomasso was our chef for the pasta making class. He was a wonderful teacher, engaging and interesting. He walked us through the steps very patiently and demonstrated the technique for making the pasta. He was very sweet and very helpful, went above and beyond when I needed help with one of my daughters who was sick and needed to get back to the hotel. I would definitely recommend taking his class!

This was truly one of the highlights of my trip. The chef and guide, Niccolo, was knowledgable and approachable. He showed us around the market, with tastings of local produce. We made two pastas and a tiramisu. Delicious, easy and fun. I was tentative doing this class solo, but the other participants were super welcoming. I do feel as though I’ve learned a bit more about the local food and culture too.

Pasta Making Fun

This class was so much fun! Its probably the best cooking class I've done. Most classes I've been to we work in stations so you don't get to do the whole process, where as in this class we got to do everything to make our own noodles and tiramisu. And we made a ton of food! The tour of the market was fun too. I would highly recommend this class for anyone taking a trip to Florence.
