Not as advertised
Jamie_V

Our tour guide was very nice but my boys were bored very quickly. The tour advertised skip the line but we waited over 30 minutes to enter. It was not our tour guides fault but definitely didn’t get all O paid for.

Good quick tour in Florence

Tour guide was very knowledgeable and took us by the major highlights in Florence before leading us to the David statue. Quick tour and worth the money to be able to skip the line into the Academie.

Claudia gave a great tour! She knew wonderful and interesting facts about Florence and kept us moving at a comfortable pace. We learned a lot and enjoyed the ending at the Accademia. This way we could take our time to see what we wanted to.

This tour was a complete bust - After making reservation weeks in advance we were informed day before that the tour was rescheduled to a time we were not available and no other options - all other tours booked so we were left with only a refund.

Good tour but it can be outstanding!

It was a great, Informative and interesting introduction to Florence given by a knowledge guide. Skip-the-Line to Accademia & Michelangelo’s ‘David' is the way of visiting the gallery, however I expected the tour guide to come inside with us like other tours' guides do. This can be modified to make the tour outstanding

Great tour of Florence

Such a great tour. Our tour guide (Judith, I think) was perfectly educational and never dull. We saw and learned so much of the city we would not have known otherwise. Ended with skip the line to see the David. So pleased with this experience.

Bit disappointing
Rohit_K

Adequate narration but guide was apathetic and a bit curt. Couldn’t wait to leave us at the line to skip the line entrance for museum at end of your. Gave my family of four different times entrance tix saying it wouldn’t be an issue-it was. Other guides easily got their groups in before ours even arriving after our group. Also he told us that our teenage daughter didn’t need a ticket as she was under 18 but we were scolded at entrance and had to purchase a ticket for her that we had already paid for.

Book a tour that where the guide goes in with you
Danielle_B
, May 2022
The tour guide does not follow you into the gallery. They do a walking tour and you enter alone. Other tours the guides go inside and talk about the art. That would have been way more beneficial than only having them to walk us outside the gallery.

Dead artists brought to life!

This was a great tour and well worth doing. We (four friends)were part of a mixed group of twelve. Our guide was excellent, explaining the significance of some of the main sights of the city and many that we would never have chanced upon by ourselves. She prepared us for what we would see in the Accademia Gallery providing relevant information about the various exhibits (e.g. Michelangelo’s statue of David) and recommended different areas to visit which enhanced our visit there. It was a definite advantage to be able to fast track into the museum so all in all we would definitely recommend this tour.

This tour was full of information! The guide knew his stuff and I feel like I got to know the history of Florence. A lot of the tour is outside the museum which was cool but I think we would have liked more time in the tour in the muesum. Overall, we enjoyed the tour!

Chiara was an excellent guide around Florence. Very knowledgeable and helpful little tips about things to see and do. Definitely worth using the Skip the Line to see David. Don’t buy the fluffed up Gelato - full of gas. Tip of the day from Chiara !
