    This Basilica held more than I expected with the tombs of famous people and some side chapels, a courtyard, a leather shop, etc. 1 to 2 hours is a good time to spend here. It's nice that under 18 is free with parents.

    L'absence de billets. Ceux-ci ont été envoyés beaucoup trop tard et, n'ayant pas de connexion Internet en se présentant à Santa Croce, nous n'avons pu récupérer les billets. Il a donc fallu en racheter d'autres sur place, le musée ayant refusé de nous laisser rentrer au vu du justificatif de paiement. Nous n'avons eu aucun problème avec tous les autres sites contactés pour visiter d'autres monuments à Florence, les billets nous étant parvenus en temps utile dans les jours qui suivaient la commande. Je déconseillerai maintenant l'utilisation de votre site.

    Je n'ai pas reçu mes 3 billets et aussi j'ai du en acheter d'autres sur place. J'ai donc payé la somme que vous m'aviez demandée plus 3 autres billets .     Difficile de mettre en dessous de 5 étoiles à cette activité, tant elle plonge dans le sacré et même un athée comme moi, sait reconnaître la beauté quand il a sous les yeux. Cependant, Viator est une honte. J'ai reçu un voucher que je devais échanger alors que j'avais expressément demandé des billets. Près de dix minutes avant la visite, je me présente au guichet avec ma compagne. On me dit qu'il faut un QR code de réservation. J'appelle donc le numéro d'urgence et laisse un message par chat, on me renvoie alors le même voucher, et au téléphone, on me parle en anglais, langue que je parle très mal, et on finit par me donner un mail d'urgence. Prêt à racheter mes billets, car l'affluence était certes importante, mais pas estivale, le guichetier voyant notre détresse, parce que racheter deux billets ça plombe un budget surtout quand on les a déjà acheté, appelle son supérieur qui nous explique gentiment que ce n'est pas la première fois que le problème se présente et qu'il ne faut pas passer par cette plateforme. Au final, il nous a offert l'entrée, puisqu'il ne retrouvait même pas notre réservation avec ma pièce d'identité. Donc fuyez Viator mais pas Santa Croce.
