We were greeted by the transfer driver early and directly outside our apartment, which was an added bonus due to the rainy conditions that day. The driver was courteous and helpful. The vehicle was a 6-pac van for our four travelers. Worth every single penny of investment to ensure personal/private transfer to the train station. Worry free without having to deal with additional stops, people, tight taxi transport, luggage, etc. Note for future travel planners: we built in too much time at the train station over two hours transport time. Our transfer took less than 15 minutes with Florence traffic and the train station is very easy to navigate, extra time was not required. We ended up having to pass way too much time in the train station.

Unfortunately, a couple of people in our group were late coming to the lobby for this pickup. We can understand that it was our responsibility to be on time and that the driver could be frustrated, but he was quite rude about it. He left and we took a taxi to the train station.
