Hello, sorry for hearing that, since the part of the tour regarding the Pitti Palace Gardens was simply cancelled due to horrible weather until shortly before tour departure, quite normal not to spend 90 minutes outdoors with 95% of heavy rain possibility during conduction of the tour of the garden. Moreover, clients had a private tour into the Galleria Palatina (just the two of them) which started earlier and ended later than usual. Few minutes after their private tour of Pitti Palace and Palatina Gallery ended, we informed Viator Customer Service to issue a partial refund for the part of the tour which was to be canceled, due to bad weather conditions. Our tour guide (Roberto or Roberta?) was wonderful. She did a great tour of the palace, but clearly her forte was the gardens. Her knowledge of horticulture is quite amazing and she made the whole experience quite fascinating and thoroughly enjoyable. We can highly recommend this tour and guide. (Thanks Roberto!)

Don't miss this tour of the Pitti Palace, Gallery and Boboli. It is a full morning, and the garden tour does not start until noon, so another couple of hours after that. It is al lot of walking, but absolutely wonderful. Our guide was so knowledgeable and entertaining. She made the tour through the gallery come alive. What a lovely day!

This small group tour was organized by FlorencePass. There were only 6 participants for the Palace and Gallery tour. Roberta, our tour guide was nor only very knowledgeable and explained everything with passion, she obviously loved and cared a lot about what she did. Although only two people, me and my wife, had purchased a guided tour for Boboli Gardens, the organizers did not cancel the tour and we could enjoy a private garden tour with Roberta. We truly enjoyed the tour and Roberta's guidance. We highly recommend FlorencePass and Roberta.

The Pitti Palace was great and we only had six people in our group. Our guide was very good and I would say the Palace is a must-see. The gardens involve a lot of steps and inclines and have not been restored. Few flowers, fountains do not work, grass needed mowing. I would skip the gardens and do more in the palace.

A guia Roberta é formidável, explicando tudo é dando o contexto histórico e o dos bastidores. A parte do palácio durou 2 horas e, após um intervalo de 30 minutos, caminhamos mais 2 horas pelos jardins. O único senão é que tive que comprar o tour para duas pessoas, mesmo estando sozinha. Pensei que dificilmente a lotação mínima fosse atingida, daí a exigência, mas não foi o que aconteceu. Na primeira parte (palácio) éramos 11 pessoas, na segunda (jardins), éramos 9 pessoas. Mas, mesmo assim, recomendo fortemente o passeio.
