Best tour I have ever done. It was soo nice to get away from the city and experience Tuscany. I was super nervous about riding a horse but the tour guides provided a great orientation and guidance when needed along the ride. We visited 2 wineries, best wine I have ever had! At the end, they provided an AMAZING lunch. Highly recommend. Well worth the price!!

Wonderful experience

Our tour guide Angelica was fun, talkative, knowledgeable and friendly as she drove us to the horse farm, mounted-up with us and accompanied us to the vineyard in the Chianti countryside. The horseback riding guide (whose name I did not catch) was very knowledgeable about the Chianti region and would point out interesting facts about the vineyards to us as we rode through. When we dismounted at the Terre a Cona vineyard, we were given a neat tour of the aging process and cellar, and then enjoyed a wine tasting inside a comfortable, modern establishment. Highly recommend for all demographics :)

what a great day! Paola was beyond fantastic- she shared interesting information about area we drove through to get to the stables. The horseback riding was enjoyable-about 45 minute ride to winery- and no horseback riding experience needed. We then visited 2 wineries-and tasted a few wines- educational and no push to buy wine which was nice. Had a nice lunch after the winery tours. What a nice way to get out of tourist area and have a fun relaxing day- highly recommend!

STOLE OUR MONEY AND CONTACT DIDN'T WORK

We were told to meet at 9:30 am in a town center so my boyfriend and I left our home at 9am via taxi. The ride would have normally taken 20 minutes however the taxi driver got stuck in traffic so we tried to call the number provided in the description to warn them about our late arrival (5-10 minutes). The calls would go through however no one answered, I sent an email hoping they would see it but once again no one answered. We tried to use the taxi drivers phone just in case it had something to do with our data but once again no answer. Turns out, when we arrived at 9:35 and ran across the plaza to the meeting spot, they had left without us. We called over and over again but still no answer. We called customer service to get a refund, obviously being angry about their lack of communication, and the company claimed they "waited ten minutes and never received a call". I assure you, they did not wait. Now we are unable to get our money back because customer service is only listening to their side of the story despite having call logs of the efforts we made. Very disappointing and I wouldn't bother getting scammed by this. It seems as if they are completely fine with taking a large mount of money and claiming they did nothing wrong. Absolutely horrible service, communication and pathetic company policy that just wants to take your money.

Brilliant guide, easy to understand and knowledgeable driver and guid as told us some history of the local area! The lunch was fantastic and there was more the enough to fill our belly after the horse riding! Interesting vineyard tour. The first was much nicer then the second one as location was much more pretty! Both guide of the vineyard really know there however they gave out the right amount of information so not overwhelming.
