Florence Dome Climb Up Ticket (Duomo Florence)

It was cheaper to buy in Florence (18 Euros ) than buying it online on website and it included the same thing.

They changed our entry time after we left for Italy. When we arrived they told us to come to a later tour...which was not possible. Hoping and expecting a total refund from Viator....we were never able to go inside the Duomo...very disappointing...and upset

should only book with the official sites as there are no agents from Viator to meet and greet. One office at Cafe Arnold, the second a half a kilometer away and still looking for the third office to retrieve my prebooked tickets. I did not get one guided tour that I paid for and I had to queue for each attraction visit in spite of the claims "skip the queue"

The advertised "skip the line" was a farce. No such thing as the church is free admission and no such thing as avoiding the line. The people at "ticket office" in coffeehouse were rude and not helpful at all.

This ticket is NOT for the cuppola or dome of the cathedral that is pictured. It does include the cathedral (this is free anyway!), the museum, and the bell tower.. enjoyed this!

This was a new item when I signed up for it and although it read fast track and specified a date and 4:30 time slot that was not the case. We went to the line when we learned there was no fast track and they actually told us it was already closed for the day so could not enter even with the general public line. Disappointed to miss visiting this gem since it was our last day in Florence.

The tour Operator: "Visit Today" did not show up at the designated time- and we were not provided tickets. After many phoine calls from myself and other parties- the operator sent a representative over to say the tour was cancelled and we had been refunded our money- also not true! We were deprived of our opportunity to see this holy place- and left hanging and ripped off. We also called the Police in Florence to report them. Viator has since refunded our money- but the damage was done. Very angy and disappointed with this operator- and awaiting further contact from Viator concerning this operator.

De ticket van viator moet in inwisselen voor ‘echte’ tickets. Waar? Is niet gezegd/vermeld. Moet je zelf maar uitzoeken. En duurder dan ter plekke kopen.

Organisation détestable. :aller d'un lieu à un autre pour l'obtention des billets, ensuite file d'attente interminable MALGRÉ LE COUPE FIL.

Heureusement car tout s'est très bien passé MÊME MIEUX !!!!! qu'indiqué sur achat du billet VIATOR du DUOMO Dans le lieu de rencontre avec Viator " ARNOLD CAFE" derrière le Duomo, On cherchait guide VIATOR avec descriptif de l'habit.... A 11 hs comme prévu " Personne" Un guide très sympathique, souriant et serviable de Guetyourguide est venu vers nous, on est descendu au sous-sol Arnold café " bureau Guetyourguide" En échange papier Internet Viator, il nous a donné des papiers de " IL GRANDE MUSEO DEL DUOMO " billet valable 72hs ENCORE MIEUX que billet VIATOR qui était plus restrictif..... On est monté tout en haut du Duomo pour voir la Fresque gigantesque. MERCI IL GRANDE MUSEO DEL DUOMO et Guetyourguide
