Their website said they do custom tours. We were unable to book it online, but called Viator to book 3 carts for 3 hours. We wanted to see some highlights, but specifically wanted to shop at the Ponte Vecchio bridge and the San Lorenzo leather market. Well we saw some sites and made it to Ponte Vecchio bridge, but as my dad was buying a necklace for my mom for their 59th wedding anniversary the transaction was taking longer than we had hoped. We sent most of the group back to the carts and the tour person was mad that we all weren’t back and saying inappropriate things. My husband finally told him his behavior was unacceptable (and my husband is extremely tolerant). Instead of taking us to San Lorenzo market the guy took us to a leather jacket store and introduced us to the owner. This was after we told him many times where we wanted to go. We didn’t want leather jackets either. Not a great experience. Try another company.

The tuk tuk tour was fun to be sure, but the route taken was very repetitive, criss crossing the same sites over and over again...even our friends on their first visit to Firenze commented "but didn't we just come this way?" It was fun but not great. Driver was delightful, however.

Visite en cart de golf. Guide incompréhensible même avec un micro. Il a "coursé" le tour de ville. Il fallait lui demander de s'arrêter pour prendre des photos. L'audio enregistré ne concordait pas avec les lieux visités. Tout ce qui l'intéressait c'était de nous montrer les boutiques haut de gamme et SES restos préférés. Gardez votre argent
