Half Day Blue Cave and Snorkeling Tour from Dubrovnik Old Town

What a fab morning we had on our trip. The guys were very friendly and informative. The boat for the trip was very nice and the group all got along well and had a laugh. Highly recommend.

The tour went really well. The boat picked us up on time, the hosts were friendly and helpful, and there were plenty of cold drinks. Having just 12 people on the boat is a good choice, as it doesn't feel crowded. Masks and snorkels were both available. I would recommend this operator highly.

We had an awesome time! It felt almost like we were celebrities on our own private boat. Unlimited drinks (beer, wine, soda, iced tea) and a sandwich (ham or vegetarian) included. Snorkel gear included as well. I am not a strong swimmer and I was able to do this activity no problem. I will admit that the cave exploration we did at one of the stops was kind of scary and I could see how some folks would be scared to do it, especially those who are not good swimmers. It gets very crowded and it's a small space which is kind of dangerous. Our captain guided us through the cave which made it much better. We also got to cliff jump at the blue caves. It was an awesome trip!!

This was a brilliant half day trip and so much fun. The guys in charge very knowledgeable, friendly and fun. The boat was excellent also and very spacious, clean and simply lovely. We were lucky to have a great bunch of people on board who all mixed well and enjoyed chatting and sharing stories. I’m not the best swimmer but everyone helped each other. The caves are a must and truly breathtaking. Could not recommend this trip enough, you will not be disappointed.. Croatia is stunning

Just a terrific tour. Well-organized, great communication when our tour time changed by 30 minutes, incredibly comfortable boat and friendly crew. We felt totally safe and saw unforgettable scenery. Lots of tour operators offer the blue cave tour but Marinero did a great job!

We had an amazing time. The two guides were so nice and made the tour special. The small tour size was a plus as we got to know and have fun with our fellow travelers. My two teenage children (18 and 16) loved it. I would highly recommend this tour.

This was an idyllic afternoon with perfect weather and crystal clear water. The boat is extremely comfortable and there were 12 passengers aboard and two crew. Two of us were prone to motion sickness and that was not an issue whatsoever. The boat was fast and smooth and plenty of room for shade or for sun. The caves were beautiful and the four hours allowed us to do things in the morning, have lunch and then spend the afternoon on the water. Just beautiful and a truly memorable time in Croatia! If you are not a strong swimmer, but still want to swim/snorkel, they did have one floatie in the other boat we used. It made the swimming possible. I’d mention or request in advance. They were great!

Water was gorgeous and clear, crew was great, scenery was pretty and ride was not too long. Very pleasant. So what was the problem? Overcrowding, I guess- when we got to the cave area, so many boats were there that we had to park about 100 meters away, requiring a long ocean swim to get to the caves and water was freezing cold. (I didn’t try to swim that far (too old and out of shape). Other thing: the swimmers who went to the caves didn’t seem to be all that impressed. If you’re an olympic swimmer or on High School swim team, by all means go. If you’re retired, go for the nice view, etc., but don’t expect to swim to the caves.

Great morning out! Boat arrived promptly and we were quickly on our way. Actual order of itinerary may vary depending on how busy places are when going past but you get to visit all! Beach very sandy and beautiful with a shallow enclosed area to swim from the boat and grab a cocktail if you fancy one. First cave we went to was a narrow canyon type cab, Vicko our skipper showed us through and helped us on the end part where you had to climb a bit on the rocks (approx 1m height, just a little awkward) Blue cave was very pretty and nice to swim from the boat, water in some places approx 6-8m deep but clear to the bottom and boat always approx 50-100 meters or so swim away. Vicko and Noor, our skipper and mate, were very friendly, pointed out some interesting bits and made us feel right at home. Plenty of time to sunbathe on front of the boat, sit at the back under the canvas roof out of the sun or sit tight at the back and watch the water. One word of warning... The Croatian drink we were offered at the beginning was a bit like dragon's blood, potent is an understatement!!! Luckily there was a big cooler full of water, beer, wine, cola, iced tea to revive us. Our only regret was not having a waterproof case for our phone / waterproof camera - definite mistake! But still enjoyed making awesome memories. 100% recommend to anyone wanting to see the caves and go for a swim!
