I booked for this tour the very same day through Viator. What happened was that there were no seat left. I was lucky to be contacted by the tour operator who offered me the Guggenheim Museum ineimstead. I luckily accepted. The experience was great. Javier, the guide was very good and friendly. Do not miss the Guggenheim; you will not regret.
If you are cruising, book tours through Viator instead of ship - better and cheaper

Javier, our guide was a surprise. I thought we would just be one of many on a tour boat, but we had our own, personal guide in Javier. He met us at the cafe across the street and walked us through the procedure so we got the best seats. He explained everything we were seeing along the way with background information - much more than would have been explained listening through our phones. We were on a short time schedule, so we couldn't take his offered walk through the old section, but he escorted us back to our shuttle bus to get to the cruise ship. I never book tours through the cruise ship - too many people and too expensive. Viator is small groups and at least half the price.

Ha sido una estafa.Contratamosuna excursión de 2 horas en barco porque mi mujer anda con muletas y resultó que en barco solo había 1 hora.Cuando llamamos por teléfono a hacer la reserva no nos lo advertieron.

Sentimos que no disfrutarán con la visita. La experiencia de barco 2 horas, solamente es a las 10 am. Y ustedes tomaron la visita a las 5 pm. Nuestras visitas es 1 hora en barco y 1 hora por el Casco Viejo de Bilbao.
El guía se lo comunicó antes de comenzar. Si solicitan un reembolso, no haber tomado el barco, ya que disfrutaron de la actividad, y el guía y los servicios que disfrutaron se pagan. Si no hubiesen disfrutado, se les hubiese hecho el reembolso.
Por otra parte, y no siendo excusa, son de Donosti y saben que el Casco Viejo no tiene ría por en medio. No se podría visitar.
