Bergamo Upper Town Walking Tour and Funicolar Ride with Local Guide

It was a bad experience. First, on the 26-th of December I received an e-mail from the tour operator - Super Milan Tours- asking me if I would agree to postpone the tour for Monday the 30-th, because I was the only person who booked on that date - Saturday the 28-th. I agreed and went to the meeting point on Monday, as the tour operator proposed. Monday morning, I had to call the tour operator in order to find the guide, because she had no identification sign, as mentioned on the ticket "Your guide will have a sign with your name on it." There was another lady - English speaker - waiting there for the same tour and in the same situation, not knowing whom she would meet there. In conclusion, it was a bad way to organize the meeting. We started the tour at about 10:45 because the other 2 people of the group were waiting at the funicular in Citta alta. They were speaking Spanish. In total a group of 4. The guide - Meg - spoke both English and Spanish, and it was difficult to follow, because it seemed to me a mixture of English and Spanish. She was also poor in explanation and she didn't take us to all the points that were specified in the presentation. So, we didn't go up the Campanone - because it was closed on Monday (but it would have been open on Saturday, the day I first booked). I would have payed the 5 euro ticket to go up, because I've heard that there's a beautiful view from there. We also didn't see Antico Lavatoio. Below, the description of what we were about to visit, from your site: "Once arrived you will visit Piazza Vecchia, the main square of Bergamo, then you will go up the Campanone, the bell tower, from where you can admire Lower Bergamo. Next you will go visit the church of Santa Maria Maggiore, of Romanesque era, and decorated with the extravagance of the Baroque style. Other main attractions of your tour in Bergamo are the Antico Lavatoio and the Cittadella Viscontea". So, I was very disappointed and would NOT recommend this tour! The price was very high for what we got.
