Fabrizio was truely amazing. He came to,the villa that our family rented and spent over 3hours teaching us about his love and knowledge of Tuscan cooking. Everything was hands on with him demoing and then us preparing the meal. We couldn't have asked for a better chef and historian to,spend the evening with.
