Hear the history of this wine cellar as well as the explanation of the methods and techniques of this high quality wine production. Then, join an exclusive wine tasting experience combined with a delicious plate of tuscan Pecorino cheese. During this experience, you will taste four of the most important wines produced in Montepulciano area, such as Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG and the Santa Pia Nobile di Montepulciano Riserva DOCG, known all over the world while a professional sommelier will explain to you in depth the particularity of those Italian excellences.

With the help of our Chef, native to this area, you will discover the unique flavors of local cuisine as you explore our traditional lifestyle. The course includes the preparation of 4 typical recipes. We start our experience preparing the special sauce of Crostino Toscano, traditional appetizer. Then we’ll make handmade pasta: Pici, real treasure of south Tuscany. For the sauce we’ll prepare the typical Aglione, which is a tomato sauce made with a special giant garlic of the area. As dessert we’ll prepare Cantucci, traditional cookies of Valdichiana. They are very good dipped in Vin Santo, special sweet wine of our region.
